Headquarter

Overview

Headquarters occupies a special position within TimePunch's organizational units. No employees need to be assigned to the head office. All employees are assigned to the headquarter immediately after it is created.

In addition, important master data can be stored in the headquarters. This includes the postal address of the organization and the tax data, which is necessary for the wage data export or also the electronic certificate of incapacity to work (eAU).

Tax relevant data are the tax advisor number, the client number and the company number.

If necessary, each branch can also be assigned its own company number. This option can be selected in the dialog for editing the branch.
